5. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation terms are outlined in your app store (Apple/Google).

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Gill is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI Gill Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
